About
Hi, I'm Dervin Fedalizo
Hi, I’m Dervin—a physical therapist, men’s pelvic health coach, and founder of Artizo LLC. I created this practice with one goal: to help men take back control of their health, confidence, and daily life through expert, hands-on pelvic care that actually makes sense.
I have over a decade of experience in rehabilitation, orthopedics, and pelvic health. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines in 2011, passed both the Philippine and U.S. licensure exams, and completed my Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy at Alabama State University in 2015. I became a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2022, which is only 6% of the total physical therapists in the USA.
What makes me different?
I’m one of the few male providers in this space—and I offer care that’s deeply personal, practical, and private. I meet clients in their own homes with everything they need for treatment, including anatomical models and tools that make education clear and conversations comfortable. I personally answer every phone call, explain every step in simple terms, and provide
one-on-one, discreet care that respects your time, goals, and privacy.
I work with men recovering from surgery, dealing with pelvic pain, struggling with urinary leaks or erectile changes, or looking for better core and bowel control. My background in physical therapy allows me to merge clinical skill with a coaching mindset that sees the whole person—not just the diagnosis.
This work is personal. It's an ode from losing my father during the COVID-19 pandemic. Every client I see is someone’s father, partner, brother, or friend—and deserves care that restores strength, clarity, and dignity.
Outside of Artizo, you’ll find me biking around Alexandria, lifting weights, exploring new cafés with my partner, or cheering on loved ones. I believe healing should feel empowering—not clinical or confusing. And that’s exactly the kind of care I’m here to offer.
